Ding shifu is one of China’s National Wushu Champions. He specializes in several forms of wushu and has won championship titles in the competition forms. In the 1997 China National Martial Arts Championship, Ding shifu was the Martial Arts champion in the Staff ‘gunshu’, Longfist ‘changquan’ and Broadsword ‘daoshu’ forms and won the overall Martial Arts Champion title in the same year. Recently in the 2000 China Wushu Individual Men and Women’s Championship in Fujian, Ding shifu’s team won first place and he won the bronze medal in the Traditional Fist category (tongbiquan).
Born in Jining, Shandong (the ‘Martial Arts province of China’), Master Ding started his wushu training early in childhood and by 8 years old he began learning the traditional fist forms such as ‘Tongbiquan’. He is currently ranked the Chinese National Rating: 5th Dan.

Yang shifu began learning wushu since the age of 5 years old. She has won several Martial Arts championships both in China and overseas. Starting at the tender age of 8, Yang shifu won gold medals for Longfist ‘changquan’ and Broadsword ‘daoshu’ in Tianjin’s Martial Arts Youth Championship. Her international competition accolades include winning the gold medal for Taijiquan in the 1995 World Taijiquan Championships held in Tokyo, Japan. The following year, she won gold in Taijiquan in the 4th Asian Martial Arts Championship held in Philippines. At the age of 10, she was selected to be a member of the Tianjin Martial Arts Team.
In the mid 80’s, Yang shifu trained in Taijiquan under renowned Taijiquan masters including Professor Men Huifeng (Professor Men is famous for devising the Sun Style Chinese National Competition Forms that is used today, and is the co-author of ‘Modern Taijiquan Routines’) Master Yang has released several videos focused on Taiji quan, including the Beijing 24-style Taijiquan, 48-style Chen Taijiquan and 32-Sword style.

Zhao shifu specializes in several forms of wushu including Longfist (changquan) and Broadsword (daoshu), Taiji quan, and Tumbling Boxing (fanziquan). She has won several State and National competitions including winning the Sichuan Martial Arts championships, and the silver medal in Staff (gunshu) and Chuantong quan.
Apart from coaching up and coming wushu champions, Zhao shifu participated in many national competitions as a judge. She is a first degree wushu judge.

Master Meng started training in wushu as a child. From the age of 10, she commenced intensive wushu training in the Shi Hai Sports School, learning under two wushu greats – Master Wu Bin (Jet Li’s teacher and head coach of the Beijing wushu team) and Master Li Junfeng.
Meng shifu has represented Beijing in a number of national competitions winning the gold medal in the Dao and Fists competition forms. In 1990, Meng shi fu was trained by Bagua Master Liu Jing Ru (Traditional Bagua master and coach for the Beijing wushu team in the 1980’s). She is currently ranked the Chinese National Rating: 5th Dan and is also a wushu judge. |

Master Li is a Chinese National Champion starting her training in martial arts at the young age of 8 years old. Just two years later, she was selected to be a member of the Shanxi Martial Arts team.
She has won several China National Championships including the gold medal in the Dao, Staff, Double Dao and Long Fists competition forms.
Li shifu trained Shaolin boxing under Cha Fists Master, Professor Pang Lintai and Xinyi Fists Master Professor Wang Donglian. She has traveled overseas promoting wushu particularly to Japan. In 1991, Li shifu earned the Chinese National 6th Dan ranking. |
